1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Thea ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Thea is an AI-powered voice receptionist that integrates with your Wix site. The App answers phone calls, provides information about your business, and texts callers a link to book online.

3. Account and Access

  • You must have an active Wix website with Wix Bookings to use the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Wix account.
  • You authorize us to access your Wix Bookings, CRM, and site data as needed to provide the service.
  • Each Wix site installation is treated as a separate account with separate billing.

4. Plans and Usage

  • The Starter plan includes 300 minutes of AI call time per month.
  • The Pro plan includes 1,000 minutes of AI call time per month.
  • Minutes reset on your monthly billing anniversary.
  • When your minutes are exhausted, the AI receptionist will be automatically paused until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
  • Test calls made from the dashboard do not count toward your usage limit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Abuse, harass, or send unsolicited communications through the App
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use the App to collect personal data in violation of privacy laws
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

6. AI Limitations

Thea uses AI technology to handle phone calls. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally misunderstand callers or provide incorrect information. You acknowledge that:
  • The AI is not a substitute for professional advice
  • You are responsible for reviewing bookings made by the AI
  • Call forwarding should be configured so the AI can handle calls when you're unavailable
  • Call recordings and transcripts may not be 100% accurate

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and AI models, is the property of Thea. You retain ownership of your business data, content, and customer information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that the AI will be error-free, or that all calls will be handled correctly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost bookings, missed calls, or business interruption.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix site. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
